Primary Care & Direct Primary Care (DPC)

Rumar Healthcare offers modern primary care through both our Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership and pay-per-visit (out-of-pocket) options for non-members. Whether you’re looking for ongoing preventive care or occasional medical support, our licensed healthcare providers deliver convenient, virtual-first care focused on long-term health and accessibility.

Weight Management Program

Virtual Visits (Telehealth)

The following symptoms or conditions require an immediate in-person assessment, as they cannot be safely or properly managed via a virtual visit.

In-Person Care Only (Not Telehealth)

Some health concerns require hands-on evaluation, physical examination, diagnostic testing, or immediate clinical assessment and cannot be safely or appropriately addressed through telehealth. If your concern is listed below, an in-person visit is required and a virtual appointment may delay necessary treatment. If you are unsure whether your condition can be treated virtually or requires an in-person visit, please review the list carefully or contact our office for guidance. For medical emergencies or life-threate ning symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Home Visit

While our virtual doors are open to all of Arizona, we provide the unique convenience of in-person home visits for our neighbors in Mesa and the surrounding East Valley (including Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and Apache Junction).
